EFT or emotional freedom technique is considered as one of the best steps to alleviate anxiety. EFT can also support in dissolving the negative sentiment attached to a certain issue. This step is also known as energy medicine and the studies are still continued. These studies are being observed on people experiencing from a post traumatic stress problem and war veterans, and the results are really providing good promise.

You can actually rate yourself level of anxiety. Try tapping the side of your hand under the pinky finger and rank your intention as you repeatedly saying this statement 3 times. ”Even though I have all this anxiety over-(get details on where do you get your anxiety) I am a good person and I accept myself”. A good detailed example is about losing your job and you are afraid that you might not get a new job easily. With the use of EFT chart as a guide; move through the hitting points repeating a short suggestion phrase to maintain your focus on the issue. Make sure to work on one topic at a time and try to be as particular as you can. Doing the first scenario a good example of a suggestive phrase can be:”All this anxiety over my job”. Then tap your wrists together on top and below repeating this phrase (”All this anxiety over my job”).  Tapping the inside of your ankle covering as much as of the inside part as you can say the phrase “All this anxiety over mu job”. This is really helpful in relieving your anxiety.

Know you can determine if the emotional level of your tension has changed. If you think that your emotional level has decrease but the tension is still there you can repeat the tapping sequence until you will fell relieve of anxiety.
